Meet Lin Webb from 1nfluence Driver Training
Lin began working as a driving instructor in 1998, and through her time working with the big schools such as BSM and the AA, she has been an instructor coach and mentor, as well as a Fleet Registered Trainer, an ORDIT Trainer, and has run Induction and Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) development courses for the AA.
Her curiosity about using coaching techniques to improve road safety led her to undertake extensive further training, including the BTEC Level 4 Professional Award in Coaching for Driver Development, as well as an Approved Driving Instructor course at the Queen Elizabeth Foundation (a leading disability charity).
