Driving Instructors want different things from a franchise, should they choose to join one. I’ve developed the 1nfluence franchise that I feel offers ADIs a road to business success. These are some of the important details:
FREE CPD worth over £2000 each year – We hold informal monthly team meetings that cover their successes, challenges and plans for the future. Nothing beats these regular meetings to bring trust, honesty and collaboration to the team in my opinion! In addition 2hrs 1:1 training developing the skills YOU feel that YOU want and need EVERY month. This might include Standards Check training, Fleet training, Diary Management, Customer Care.
A decent hourly and block booking price – Our prices vary, based on area, cars and training offered but range from £27 to £35 per hour and a minimum of £250 for 10 prepaid hours.
FREE pupil supply – Your £55 franchise fee is all you will pay! Our website www.1nfluence.co.uk is bringing in new enquiries every day and you will have your own page to promote you and what you do in your area.
Under 17 opportunities – Twice a month, for the majority of the year, our site in Epsom is available for off-road experiences. A free resource to our new franchisees.
FREE Theory Test Pro access for all your customers – Everyone you teach can have full access to this fabulous training aid.
Quality stationery – We supply the lot!!
Up to 4 weeks franchise free – 2 weeks over the Christmas/New Year period and 2 additional weeks once you’ve been a team member for a year, whenever you need a break or holiday!
